Prioritisation
Rituals › Prioritisation supports a morning prioritisation meeting. It works on the org’s workflow board, which you pick in Org settings under Issues, and on the issue history.
A bar at the top has a search and a menu for which of the board’s date fields is the committed date. It’s called Committed unless you choose another. Each project keeps its own choice.
Triage
Section titled “Triage”Open issues that have no Status on the workflow board, or aren’t on it, newest first.
The Triage button asks Claude to read up to the newest 20 and suggest board fields, an investment category, and whether the issue suits an agent. You choose which suggestions to apply. Board fields are written to GitHub, and you confirm before anything is written.
From the field
Section titled “From the field”Points people raise in the meeting. They stay until you tick them off, and open ones carry over to the next time.
The capture panel beside the lists takes what’s said as it’s said: type it, and issues that match show as you type. You can set who raised it (From, remembered for the next note), the customer, a Kind (Bug, Request, Question or Feedback) and an urgency (Urgent, Soon or Whenever). Add as New Point (⌘↩) keeps it, or you can link it to an existing issue.
Raise as Issue has Claude draft the repo, title, description and labels, with images you can attach. It then creates the issue and puts it on the board, ready for triage.
Committed
Section titled “Committed”Open issues that have the committed date set, soonest first. Overdue ones are red and ones due within the week are orange. Click an issue to open it in the drawer, where you set its Status and fields.
