Weekly Digest

The Weekly Digest button in the bar on PR flow writes up the week: delivery against the week before and your goals, what shipped by investment category, notable PRs, CI, and who’s off next week.

In the sheet you can:

  • Copy it.
  • Rewrite with Claude to change its tone or shape.
  • Commit to Harness to save it as a file in your project’s harness, under digests/ with the date. The button says where it will go, and nothing is committed until you press it.

Standup notes

Standup has a Notes button too (disabled in the Changelog layout). It writes the day as notes per person, with the same choices: copy, rewrite with Claude, or commit to the harness under standups/. See Standup.
